Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape stress. This page collects practical tools, warning signs, and free professional help so you can stay in control.
18+ only
You must be at least 18 (or your local legal gambling age) to gamble. If you are under that age, please leave this site.
Warning signs
You may have a gambling problem if any of these apply: you spend more than planned every session; you chase losses; you hide gambling from family or friends; you borrow money to gamble; you feel anxious or irritable when not gambling; you have missed work, school, or family obligations because of gambling.
Practical tools
Deposit limits. Every reputable casino lets you set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Set one before you start, not after.
Time limits. Set a session length and stick to it. Set a phone alarm.
Loss limits. Decide before each session what you are willing to lose, and stop when you hit it. Never deposit more "to get even".
Self-exclusion. Every licensed casino offers self-exclusion (24h, 7d, 30d, 6m, permanent). Use it.
GAMSTOP / national self-exclusion registers. Many jurisdictions have a single registry that excludes you from all licensed operators.
Free professional help
BeGambleAware — 24/7 free confidential helpline.
Gamblers Anonymous — global meeting directory.
GamCare — chat, helpline, and treatment referrals.
For family and friends
If someone you know has a gambling problem, GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous both offer support specifically for affected family members. You are not alone, and recovery is possible.
Our role
GambleTierList only features casinos that offer deposit limits, time limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks. We do not feature any operator that we know has obstructed self-exclusion requests.
