Data we collect
Automatic data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited, time of visit, and approximate location (country + region) derived from IP. This data is processed for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Cookies: we use first-party cookies for session and language preferences, and third-party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense, Google Ads). All non-essential cookies require your explicit consent under Google Consent Mode v2 — see the consent banner on first visit.
Voluntary data: if you contact us via contact or sign up for our newsletter, we process the email address and message content you provide.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics; consent for non-essential cookies, advertising, and personalized analytics; contract performance for any direct service you request.
Third parties
Google (Analytics, AdSense, Google Ads), Cloudflare (CDN and bot mitigation), Supabase (backend infrastructure), and email providers for transactional messages. Each is listed on our compliance page with its data-processing role.
International transfers
Some third parties (Google, Supabase) process data in the United States. Transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email us via contact. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and consent
On first visit you see a consent banner. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing the cookie_consent entry in your browser storage and reloading the page. Until you grant consent, advertising and analytics cookies remain disabled (Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied state).
Retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months by Google. Contact emails are retained for the duration of the support interaction plus 12 months for reference.
Children
GambleTierList is intended for 18+ users only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the site.
