Operator vetting
Every featured operator must meet three minimums: a valid gambling license (Curaçao, Anjouan, MGA, UKGC, or comparable), a publicly searchable ownership record, and a clean dispute history on independent forums for at least 12 months. Operators below this bar are excluded regardless of commercial offer.
Advertising standards
We follow the principles of the UK ASA CAP code, the EU AVMSD, and the Slovak/Czech advertising codes for gambling content: no claims that gambling is a way to make money, no suggestion of risk-free play, no targeting of minors, mandatory 18+ labelling on every gambling page, and visible responsible-gambling links.
Data processors
Google (Analytics, AdSense, Google Ads), Cloudflare (CDN and bot mitigation), Supabase (database and edge functions), and email service providers. Each acts as a processor or sub-processor for the data described in our privacy policy.
Consent management
We use Google Consent Mode v2 with default-denied advertising and analytics storage. Consent is captured via an on-site banner and stored in localStorage under cookie_consent. Users can reset consent at any time by clearing this entry.
